COBU – Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition

Items are returned in their original packaging

Please note: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our supplements, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

We’re happy to offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

We are committed to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We recommend keeping proof of postage for any returns. Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, damaged, or returned outside of the specified time frame.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
